Pricing
No price list yet. Here is how it will work.
Pricing is still being finalised, so we would rather show you nothing than a number we then change. What is already settled is the shape: the seat is the athlete, and nothing about safeguarding costs a club money.
What is settled
- Only an athlete uses a paid seat. Coaches, guardians, welfare officers and deputy welfare officers are free, and that is not a discount applied by hand.
- Nothing about safeguarding costs a club money. A club deciding whether it can afford a second welfare contact is being asked the wrong question, so we do not ask it.
- Injury reporting cannot be switched off. A squad's feature profile decides what else is offered; it never decides whether an athlete can report an injury.
What is not settled
The price per seat, the billing period and the minimum club size are still being finalised, and we will put them on this page when they are.
How a club starts
We onboard clubs directly rather than through a self-serve signup, so the first step is a conversation with a person.
Write to [email protected] and tell us the club, the squads you would start with and roughly how many athletes. We will tell you where pricing stands, what is built, and — just as usefully — what is not.
Two things worth saying before money comes up
Recov does not currently detect anything. Welfare detection is switched off, so Recov is not monitoring your athletes, and no club should buy it as though it were.
Your club keeps the safeguarding case. Recov holds no case file and is not a reporting route. How the access rules work sets out what it does hold, role by role.
